- The integrated resistance jet massage system and 18 cm touchscreen control panel make it a self-contained, independently operating solution.
What sets the HydroWorx ECO apart?
The ECO is the most economical freestanding HydroWorx treadmill: it occupies the same ~0.9 × 2.7 m footprint as the RISE, with ~1,665 litres of water and a built-in resistance jet massage system. Its speed (0.3–9.7 km/h) and maximum water depth (127 cm) match the RISE, but fall short of the 350's 16 km/h treadmill and 142 cm depth. It is aimed primarily at smaller physiotherapy practices, conditioning gyms and outpatient rehabilitation.
