What sets the curatur apart?
The curatur (model 701) is the heart of the physiotur tower: unlike the stimutur, where ultrasound is an optional add-on, it combines electrotherapy and 1 and 3 MHz therapeutic ultrasound in a single unit. On the 12.1-inch touchscreen the therapist switches between 25 waveforms (in CC and CV mode), ultrasound parameters and combined modes. Its applicator set – plate electrodes from 4 × 3 to 12 × 8 cm, a point electrode and 1 and 4 cm² ultrasound heads – covers virtually every anatomical region; in the tower it can be combined with SW (shortwave), CRYO, IHHT, EMG and VAC modules.
